What I do:
I have a passion and love for flowers, nature, and the tropical. My specialization lies in creating licensed print and pattern designs that incorporate modern botanicals, stylized florals, birds, and nature-inspired themes which are colorful, unique, and on-trend. I love experimenting with new processes and technologies and making print more fun. This enables me to create designs that combine traditional practices of screen printing, hand-drawn illustrations, mixed media painting with modern digital design.
You can find my art on variety of products including clothing, home-décor, fabric, stationery, packaging, upholstery, and wall art. My designs are available for licensing, but I also love to work closely with my clients to design print that builds their brand identity.
I also found a passion for sharing what I know and inspiring budding designers, artists to follow their big dreams. After spending years of learning, mentoring students and working as a professional designer, I have developed various online (Live instructor led) and recorded courses for aspirant learners under Atisha Design School.
Who Are We?
Atisha is a full-service textile design and surface pattern design studio creating licensed prints and patterns for apparel, products, and the interior industry. Shafaq Siddiqui, our director of the brand, has been creating designs for national and international brands around the globe for 10+ years. In a world of google and stock images, Atisha Design Studio recognizes the value of original artwork and promises to deliver its unique piece from scratch. Moreover, we like to add contemporary touches to traditional themes and color palettes to produce exciting prints relevant to today’s market. Our services range from color and trend forecast, style guides, custom print creation, and consultancy to improvise your design business.
The studio also offers several online courses related to textile and surface pattern design under its pedigree, Atisha Design School. It is a platform dedicated to helping emerging designers to excel in the business and find new avenues in the job market.
Our live instructor-led programs include intuitive training, industry guidance, and personal feedback from the mentor. Hence, providing an accessible and immersive learning experience for students even at home. For students who wish to seek fast and quick learning, the design school provides pre-recorded courses on subjects, such as Seamless Pattern design using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, portfolio development, etc.
